Enable any incoming services you need. For more info check Incoming Services.
If you're gonna add a channel that has a default show (the show streams are added to if none match, eg. [Channel] Live!), create the show from shows menu.
Add the channel. Depending on the service you may need to add any channel related information (ex. username on service). Check service info page in wiki for more information. You can also override embed/chat URLs.
