Releasing a new version

Mandatory

• Prepare screenshots & explanations of the most important features of the release
• (@m4tx) use 1. to create and publish release blogpost
• Merge "chore: release" PR
• Edit the draft release with stuff from 1. and release
• cot-site: merge a PR adding a new version of Cot for the guide
• cot: update the cot-site dependency to pull in the change adding the new version of Cot for the guide
• Announce the release on Bluesky using Cot.rs account using 1.
• Announce the release on Rust forums, LinkedIn, Hackernews (rare), Reddit, etc. (not all, not always)
• Add the release info to "This week in Rust" newsletter

Can be done later

• Update the Cot's version in cot-site
• Update all our other projects using Cot to the new version
