Improvements

  • Avoid unnecessary scroll after inserting a snippet when the range is already visible.

Fixes

  • [beta] Fix an issue where the app crashed repeatedly on launch when restoring documents with unsaved changes.
  • [beta] Fix focus in the syntax editor.

Known Issues

  • The status bar text can appear with an unreadable color with certain combinations of the system appearance, window appearance, and theme on macOS 26 (FB23611796).
  • In some cases, a sandboxed URL is passed when folder search results are dropped onto another app (FB23578716).
  • In full-screen mode, an unnecessary separator appears above the pane switcher in the Inspector (FB24552348).
  • The text added in CotEditor 7.1.0 is not yet localized in Bulgarian.
