v1.1.4-testnet

Deployment notes:

We have changed the container name (we had feedback from the community operators) running the Testnet nodes.
Old Testnet container name was: coti-full-node ( it was coti-full-node-genesis for the genesis creation container )
New Testnet container name is: coti-testnet-full-node ( it is coti-testnet-full-node-genesis for the genesis creation container )

You should remove the old container before starting the new one (version 1.1.4).
Generally:

1. Navigate to the directory where coti-full-node resides, e.g. cd ~/coti-full-node
2. execute the./stop_coti-full-node.sh in the ~/coti-full-node directory
   |-> This should stop the existing containers
3. Pull latest git changes, e.g. git pull
4. Start new containers by running ./start_coti-full-node.sh
