feat(renovate): repin web-terminal npm sha256 pins with the bump - #147

Adds @cplieger/web-terminal-engine and @cplieger/web-terminal-ui to the postUpgradeTasks repin rule, so consumers pinning those npm tarballs by sha256 in a Dockerfile get the recompute folded into the same Renovate commit and the PR is born green instead of waiting for a manual curl | sha256sum. No-op for any repo without a matching `# repin:` marker, and the allowlist in homelab/apps/renovate keeps the mechanism fail-closed.
