sketched_logo.xcf is for playing around with just the logo.
brand_logo.xcf is for playing around with the logo (exported from sketched_logo.xcf) and the brand name ("cpp linter").
This should allow us to simply copy and paste the logo images when needed (without installing/opening GIMP).

This is just to consolidate the WIP image assets into main branch.
I think they're more finalized than they are a WIP, but a PR review would help make that official.
