Release of 0.0.3 code with 64-bit Windows executable (may require Microsoft C++ support libraries). Compiled against LLVM 19.1 and using headers <print> and <format> instead of of the {fmt} library.

Note: there are no known bugs or memory leaks. Previous releases have been removed due to serious defects and should not be used. Uncompressed executable size is 25MB.
