Release 0.0.5
See previous release(s) for usage instructions.
Changes for this updated version include:
- Change to cater for variables declared with
letin functions being flagged as existing variables - Operator
?on a variable returns the type:
class c(a,b) endclass
let o <- c(1.1j, "Abaci")
print ?o
=> "c(complex,str)"
- Support for lists (elements must have the same type, can be nested). Concatenation of lists of the same type is supported and assigining
nilto an element deletes it. Note: List support is currently experimental:
let l <- [1.1,2.2,3.3,4.4]
print ?l
=> "[float]"
print l[1]
=> "2.2""
l[1] <- nil
print l[1]
=> "3.3"
print l
=> "<List of size 3>"
l <- l + [5.5]
print l
=> "<List of size 4>"
- Operator
!on strings and lists returns the length as an integer:
let s <- "Abaci"
print !s
=> "5"
Uncompressed executable size is 25MB.
