Changes for this updated version include code and build improvements, no new features.

In case of errors compiling parser/Parse.cpp with older Boost versions (such as 1.74), set CMake flag -DABACI_USE_OLDER_BOOST. Under Windows using the latest Boost version is recommended to avoid errors relating to use of operator [ when compiling the same.

Uncompressed executable size is 25MB.
