Release 2.0

This release marks the public and open source release of the stagehand file for the mod. It also entirely removes the client processor to help cut down on file size and complexity. I haven't tested peer to peer usability, so if this becomes an issue I'll split the two pak files if needed.

This release also adds the ability to choose the color for item emphasis. Use /emphcolor to view or set the color to a valid hex code.

Pak file was updated to include a quick hotfix for join messages appearing, as well as a toggle command.
