Sound Blaster Linux Control Center v3.3.36

Highlights

  • Added capability-driven analog 5.1 profile activation for compatible Sound Blaster CA0132 devices.
  • Improved multichannel detection when PipeWire initially selects an analog stereo profile.
  • Existing surround/AC3 sinks are left untouched.
  • Added regression coverage for the new 5.1 profile handling.
  • Added GitHub Sponsors support.

  • Bazzite / Fedora Atomic — hardware tested
  • 49 regression tests passing

Installation

Download the .tar.gz below, extract it, enter the extracted directory, and run:

./install.sh

Do not run the installer with sudo.
