This updates the queue javascript to respect the
runQueueAutomaticallyconfig setting. Unfortunately I don't think this is a full fix.When testing with the find and replace utility the queue runs regardless of the setting.I'm still digging in to that, but figured I would open this in case that's actually expected behavior and I'm just missing it (cc @riasvdv)
Update: I think my issue was something related to ddev, after restarting my ddev project things seem to be working as expected.
