Makes the
upper,lower,title, andcapitalizeTwig filters language-aware, with a newlanguageargument (defaults to the current app language).Also applies to
StringHelper::toUpperCase(),::toLowerCase(),::toTitleCase(), andElementHelper::normalizeSlug().Related issues
