Download Kliq.dmg, open it and drag Kliq to Applications, replacing the old copy. Your settings and Accessibility permission carry over. If you were using Butter, Glass or Obsidian, Kliq switches you to Cherry.

Kliq is a tiny menu bar app that plays mechanical keyboard sounds for every keystroke and click, and goes quiet on its own when you're on a call.

What's in 0.0.1

• Three switch sets, sound design by Cris: Thock (deep and muted), Clack (bright), Linear (smooth)
• Quiet during calls: Kliq sleeps while another app uses your microphone or camera, and optionally while Music or Spotify is playing
• Choose which speakers or headphones play it, shape pitch and brightness, and record your own on/off shortcut (⌃⌥K by default)
• Stays out of the way: the audio engine pauses when you stop typing, so Kliq idles at near-zero CPU and never keeps your Mac awake

Install
Download Kliq.dmg, open it and drag Kliq to Applications. On first launch, allow Accessibility access so Kliq can notice key presses. It only listens: it never records or stores what you type, and it makes no network requests.
