OpenCastor Pi Image v0.1.0 — blank SD card to pairing QR
The first flashable OpenCastor image for Raspberry Pi 5: flash, boot, scan the pairing QR, drive. No SSH, no terminal, no typed command.
Inside: OpenCastor runtime + packaged console (chat brains), robot-md-gateway, rc-car actuator, Ollama (CUDA-stripped) with qwen3.5:2b pre-pulled, first-boot provisioning that serves the pairing QR at http://.local. Build provenance stamped in /etc/opencastor-image.json (commit 6f63cf6, branch feat/pair-attest-pub).
Status: hardware verification in progress. This build is fresh off the bench; the ten-minute stopwatch run is being measured. You are welcome to be early — the deadman, signed-envelope, and stop rails are the same ones the bench robots run.
