GA release. No runtime behavior changes versus 0.4.0.

Added

  • Complete Javadoc with @since across all published modules, plus package-level documentation.
  • UPGRADING.md with per-release upgrade notes.
  • "Compatibility and versioning" policy in the README: semantic versioning commitment, the definition of the supported public API, and the deprecation/removal rules.

Changed

  • CI workflows moved to actions/setup-java v5.

Artifacts are signed (Sigstore keyless) and attested:
