Build warnings

After removing Quick-start, a few warnings pops up:

1. Perhaps quick-start should point to getting-started?
2. It appears that all pages under tutorials/deploy can be removed as they document obvious operations in the Cloud UI - except for the croud file that could be integrated in the croud docs.
3. Check references to any of the pages - they all seem orphaned (check if they are)?
