Summary

Malformed or future adapter discriminators now fail closed as typed diagnostics instead of falling through to another semantic role, disappearing silently, or throwing during lowering.

• Add nullable typed Unknown, Conflict, and Unsupported outcomes to generation diagnostics. (#5)
