refactor: refine hardware parameter definitions and ui categories

  • Move hardware parameters section above signal processing.
  • Adjust default laser current to 1000 mA and extend limit to 100000.
  • Replace IR/indicator parameters with measurement and indicator levels.
  • Add LaserPowerIndicatorLevel parameter.
  • Add TEC target temperature with wider range.
  • Localize category names for analog output ports (模拟口1/2).
  • Minor formatting cleanup.
