feat: refine firmware upgrade workflow with bootloader protocol

  • Implemented bootloader upgrade commands (0xF8–0xFF) and AES-256-CTR encrypted CRC verification.
  • PipelineDeviceControlApiAsync now supports WaitForDeviceRequestFirmwareUpgrade, FirmwareUpgradeSendInfo, and improved transfer acknowledgements.
  • FirmwareUpdateView & ViewModel reworked: automatic disconnection, reconnection wait, progress bar, colored status and robust timeout handling.
  • SCSA.Client.Test simulates device reboot, periodic 0xFA upload, and full upgrade path for CI testing.
  • Added helper methods and cleaned obsolete timeout logging.
  • Bumped .NET SDK to 8.0.x in workflow matrix.
