PREREQUISITES: .NET FRAMEWORK RUNTIME IS REQUIRED FOR THE PROGRAM TO WORK (So we think)

To download this program, either download the pre-compiled zip folder that contains the executible file along with the required files packed with it, or clone/download the project and build from the source via Visual Studio 2022.
