Voyage 4 Embedding Migration

• Indexing: voyage-4-large via Voyage AI API (1024-dim, SOTA quality)
• Querying: voyage-4-lite via Voyage AI API (fast, cheap, shared embedding space)
• Removed: sentence-transformers, einops, torch, transformers
• Added: voyageai SDK (lightweight, API-only)

Bug Fixes

• Fixed critical embedding dimension mismatch that broke all queries
• Fixed empty chunk handling (Voyage API rejects empty strings)
• Synced version numbers (pyproject.toml + plugin.json → 1.3.0)

Breaking Changes

• Voyage AI API key required — set STM32_VOYAGE_API_KEY in .env or environment
  • Free tier: 200M tokens at dash.voyageai.com
• Pre-built database uses 1024-dim Voyage embeddings (incompatible with old 384/768-dim)

• 13,724 chunks from 80 STM32 documentation files
• Pre-built ChromaDB included as release asset (112MB compressed)
