Added handle method credibil-api in order to make it easier to debug compile issues
when routing request to handler (instead of simply depending on IntoFuture).
The credibil-api Response now requires the body implement the Body trait.
As both Request and Response` now have a blanket implementation this should not
require any action by implementers.
