v1.0 - Let there be light

First release of relay module.

Created panel which is 2x2, and had panel produced and assembled by JLCPCB.

Everyone was assembled except for relay and MOV, which were out of stock.

Original design is at the root of the repo, in the pcb directory.

All panelized information is contained with the pcb/panel directory.
