Panel Mayhem (#76) — fixed

Every theme now uses one identical, locked panel layout, so switching themes never drops the panel applets again:

[Brisk Menu] [Window List] ........ [Volume] [Notification Area] [Clock] [Show Desktop]
  • Android and Mac OS X place the panel on top and enable the cairo-dock at the bottom.
  • All other themes keep the bottom panel with no dock.
  • The panel is locked=true in every theme.

Double volume icon — fixed

The mate-media tray autostart is disabled (Hidden=true), so only the panel's volume applet renders — one volume icon in every theme.

The Voice2Text screenshot in the Calamares slideshow, on the website showcase, and in the README gallery was replaced with the current 1920x1080 capture.
