Fulcrum v2.1.4

Personal build of the official Start9Labs Fulcrum wrapper, bumped to upstream v2.1.4 ahead of the StartOS registry.

• Upstream 2.1.4: 5–10x faster uncached get_history/subscription lookups (history_lookup_threads), refreshed servers.json
• Version graph keeps 2.1.3:1, so a registry install updates in place — same 2.x DB format, no reindex
• Package 2.1.4:0 · SDK 3.0.3 · StartOS ≥ 0.4.0.2 · x86_64 only
