  implementation read far more code than they change; that reading now lands in the report
  instead of being silently discarded: adjacent issues observed near the changed surface
  (file:line), the ranked next tasks the change sets up, and risks worth watching — naming,
  never doing; acting on any of them is a new task on the user's go, so scope discipline
  holds while its byproduct becomes visible.
