Surface upstream Prompt nodes in the Source references row

When you generate an Image (or any non-video target) that has an upstream Prompt node wired in, the GenerationDialog now lists that Prompt node alongside the image refs. Previously prompt nodes were invisible in the dialog even though their text was feeding the auto-prompt synth — you couldn't tell at a glance which prompts were influencing the gen.

Each prompt-source chip:

  • Same 72 px footprint as image refs (lines up cleanly in the same row)
  • ✦ icon + a 4-line preview of the prompt body
  • Short-ID label
  • Hover tooltip shows the full prompt text

The counter "Source references (N)" now sums image + prompt refs together.

`tsc --noEmit` clean. No backend changes.
