New Features

Ultra-only relaxed (0-credit) Veo models

Two new low-priority quality tiers for Ultra plan users — both verified from real ULTRA PLAN labs.google curls. They dispatch on a slower queue at zero credit cost, ideal for batch work where turnaround time matters less than budget:

• Lite (Low Priority) → veo_3_1_i2v_lite_low_priority
• Fast (Low Priority) → veo_3_1_i2v_s_fast_ultra_relaxed

Both surface as new radios in the Settings panel with an "Ultra only" badge; Pro users see them locked.

Bug Fixes

Ultra Lite checkpoint corrected

Tier 2 (Ultra) Lite was previously mapped to veo_3_1_t2v_lite. The new Ultra curl proves both tiers actually share veo_3_1_i2v_lite — the per-tier difference is userPaygateTier in clientContext, not the model key. No user action required; Ultra Lite generations now dispatch the correct checkpoint.

Internal / Chores

• Cached release rules at .omc/RELEASE_RULE.md so future /release runs skip repo re-analysis.
• .gitignore now excludes local video_model*.md curl evidence files (they reference real bearer tokens).
