feat: add lane-02 same-vm worker hardening

Summary

• add Coolify hybrid packaging plus lane-02 same-VM bootstrap docs and extension wiring
• add the worker kit scaffold and harden worker replay/concat/upload handling for lane-02
• improve reconnect, credit parsing, and operation error surfacing for hybrid runs
• enforce LF for shell scripts so worker script tests pass cleanly on Windows + WSL worktrees

Verification

• worker kit tests on the clean PR branch: 18 passed
• focused worker helper tests after replay fixes: 13 passed
• agent operation tests: 19 passed
• lane-02 smoke on hth2-box completed after a single-scene retry with local artifact fallback

Notes

• this PR is from a clean branch to exclude unrelated local branch history
• recommended merge order:
  1. #15 control-plane scaffold
  2. #14 lane-02 same-VM worker hardening
• the original working branch still has unrelated uncommitted local changes outside this PR scope
