Improvement

Fix: Plugins page now automatically detects new releases when the local update cache expires. Previously, new versions only appeared after the WordPress 12-hour cron cycle, requiring a manual "Check Now" click. Now, visiting the plugins page triggers a fresh update check whenever cached data has expired.
