diri 0.6.0 — Your agent workspace, all in one place

This is Diri's biggest workspace update yet. It brings browsing, shell work,
account switching, usage limits, notifications, reusable recipes, and mobile
control into the same native app you use to run and review coding agents.

A real workspace around every agent

  • Open browser and shell tabs beside a session instead of leaving Diri.
  • Keep workspace tabs organized in a redesigned panel and enjoy smoother,
more reliable resizing without blank browser frames or layout jumps.
  • Search conversation history and resume previous Claude, Codex, and Cursor
    work more easily.
  • Drop files straight into terminals and use customizable keyboard shortcuts
to move through the app faster.

Accounts and usage at a glance

  • Create named Claude Code and Codex account profiles, including profiles on
    saved SSH hosts.
  • Continue a Claude conversation with another signed-in account when you hit a
limit, while keeping the same project, worktree, title, and conversation.
  • See provider limits, context usage, and a detailed usage dashboard from the
    account menu and Settings.

Skills, recipes, and remote work

  • Browse and search your installed agent Skills from a dedicated Settings page.
  • Save launcher setups as reusable recipes and run favorites directly from the
    new-session composer.
  • Pair the iPhone companion, start remote worktree sessions, send prompts,
answer questions, follow output, and review tracked changes over your private
    network—without a hosted Diri relay.

Notifications you can trust

  • A persistent inbox keeps agent completions, questions, failures, and terminal
notifications in one place, with unread state, per-session mute, and clear
navigation back to the originating session.
  • Native alerts now respect focus, visibility, mute, and resolved prompts; the
menu bar and Dock show useful unread state without noisy duplicates.

Polish and reliability

  • Refined sidebar grouping, materials, navigation, first-launch guidance,
empty states, appearance settings, and overlay keyboard focus.
  • Fixed Claude image drops after terminal recovery, Cursor chat naming and idle
state, native chat title synchronization, and repeated Codex usage events.
  • Hardened session hibernation, sidebar drag and drop, menu-bar rendering, and
daemon behavior when the process reaches its file-descriptor limit.

macOS: download the universal DMG, open it, and drag Diri to Applications.
The build is signed and notarized for Apple silicon and Intel Macs. Existing
installations can update through Diri, and Homebrew users can run
brew upgrade --cask cristicretu/diri/diri.

The iPhone companion remains a source beta; see ios/README.md for setup.
Checksums and the updater feed are attached to this release.
