updated datathons panel with dates. removed past datathons and added them to 'past events'. added new datathons scheduled for later 2023
All modify/delete conflicts resolved by keeping the deletions — the old Hugo source and build output were intentionally removed in favor of the new static landing page. Co-Authored-By: Claude Sonnet 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
