Lots of exciting updates in this release!

Added

• Ability to delete episode parent folder if it matches the video filename
  • Enable this option in settings. Once a video file is sorted in its target directory, if it resided originally in a folder that exactly matches the filename the folder will be deleted.
• Display how long it took to retrieve video files in status bar
  • Absolutely no benefit at all other than making me feel better about multithreading the search functionality lol
• Huge performance improvement to retrieving directories and episode files
  • Originally, the recursive video file search was single threaded. It's now using parallel for and you should see a huge improvement to performance, sometimes up to 1/4 of the original time taken. TV Maze API queries are still single threaded though so if you're accessing the API it will still take some time (otherwise we'll get locked out.)

Changed

• Just some quality of life improvements:
  • Can now resize and maximize the main window
  • Settings now only show output directory textbox if one is set, otherwise just the button is shown

Fixed

• When searching TVMaze API for episode information now uses custom title if set
  • There was an issue where the default chosen series title wouldn't be correct and, even after amending manually, the search was still using the original series title. That's been fixed now.
• About window was showing the wrong version number and release date
• Fixed issue with retrieving episode names not working correctly

Removed

• "Using Magic Episode Sort" link in Help Menu as currently not implemented
