v1.2 — Backup & Restore Manager
Backup & Restore Manager
Laranode v1.2 adds complete, asynchronous backup and restore workflows for bare-metal and Docker installations.
Highlights
- Back up complete accounts, individual website files, or individual databases.
- Store archives locally, in S3-compatible object storage such as DigitalOcean Spaces, or over SFTP.
- Test, edit, and securely store destination settings from the panel.
- Run backups manually or schedule them daily, weekly, or monthly with automatic retention pruning.
- Inspect manifests and destination details without leaving the backup list.
- Restore with typed confirmation and an automatic seven-day pre-restore safety snapshot.
- Retry failed restores up to three times while leaving successful backups reusable.
- Associate databases with websites for targeted database backups and restores.
- Persist Docker backups in a dedicated
laranode-backupsvolume. - Provision the queue worker and scheduler consistently across Docker and bare-metal installations.
