• Fix for with Foundry v14: the chat-controls container was renamed from
  #roll-privacy to #message-modes. Selectors updated to work on both v13 and v14.
• Skip interception for rolls originating from Swipe Standalone
• Treat a standalone-connected owner as offline/unreachable (no socketlib
  socket) so the GM rolls locally instead of sending into the void. A reachable
  desktop owner still gets the request; only a standalone-only actor rolls local.
