Users can type chat messages from mobile (chat input toggle and visibility buttons)
Added button to add items to the inventory in PF2e mobile sheet
Added option to use PF2e consumables (scrolls, potions)

Fixes

Fixed crlngn-ui styles which were a causing whisper message border on Swipe mobile to be too bright
Hidden #flash-rolls-icon on mobile, since the menu does not apper there for lack of space

Changes

Second GM can now login without requiring Patreon login as long as one GM has logged in
Mobile chat is now open to anyone, even non Patreon members
