hyprmoncfg 1.16.0 introduces the shared display-editor foundation used by the new Omarchy panel while keeping the TUI fully functional without the daemon.

Highlights:

  • Typed daemon IPC for monitor layout, modes, scale, rotation, workspaces, and profile editing
  • Safe preview, keep, and automatic revert flows for display and profile changes
  • Automatic profile selection can be paused for a deliberate manual override
  • Exact connected-display matching for desktop integrations
  • Shared snapping and validation logic across the panel and TUI
  • Profiles now explicitly disable connected outputs they omit
  • Richer profile and workspace information in the TUI

Prebuilt Linux archives are available for amd64 and arm64. Distribution packages are being published through AUR, COPR, Nixpkgs, Gentoo GURU, Alpine, Debian/Salsa, OBS, and the maintained staging recipes.
