a way for me to make a !command that lets me skip whatever is in a queue to the next thing in the queue.
Additional context
example:
chatter A adds 3 youtube urls and chatter B adds 2 youtube urls to a "media share" effect queue. 2 of Chatter A songs suck and i want to skip them. currently the only way to do this is to clear the entire queue, which isnt fair to chatter B. there should be a way to just skip to next thing.
