Current Behavior
Hello,
I am running into an issue where Firebot stalls out either saying "refreshing Twitch accounts" or "Loading Firebot". My stream bot account was randomly banned by twitch which coincided with this happening. However, I can't launch Firebot to log out of that bot account. I also can't find the log files on MacOS (Apple Silicon) despite following the guide on the website and searching manually through my files.
I tried a complete reinstall but ran into the same issue. The only difference I'm seeing is a new error message, shown in the screenshot below.
