test only: crowdsec v1.6.1

This version is provided here for testing purposes before submitting to the freebsd ports.

Requires opnsense 24.1.x (freebsd 13.2) on amd64.

To install:

# pkg add -f https://github.com/crowdsecurity/plugins/releases/download/crowdsec-1.6.1/crowdsec-1.6.1.pkg

Then restart crowdsec from the opnsense dashboard.

The "re2" and "abseil" packages should already be installed with the previous version of crowdsec.
