v0.7.0 — get_cut: Crude Cuts through the connector

Crude Cuts — Crude Code's published analyses at crudecode.dev/cuts — are now served in-session.

• get_cut — new tool. Call it with no argument for the catalog of live cuts (№, tag, title, dek, as-of); call it with a slug or № (greenlake-scraps, 001) for the cut's rebuild payload: metadata, the live page URL, and recipe_md — a step-by-step rebuild recipe whose every query passes the same guard as run_sql, so a connected session can re-run the analysis verbatim against current data. Drift since the cut's pinned as-of date is the point, not an error.
