Packaging hotfix for the alpha.

• Fixes broken binary permissions that caused EACCES on install — the defect that deprecated 0.0.9.
• The engine binary is unchanged from 0.0.9; this is a packaging hotfix, not an engine build.

Note: because the engine binary is unchanged, cruft --version still reports 0.0.9. Your install is current if the npm package is 0.0.10 (npm ls -g cruftjs); the numbers realign at the next engine build.
