What's new

Candidate Sourcing — end-to-end pipeline: find engineering candidates, verify LinkedIn URLs, enrich emails, write personalized outreach, and create Gmail drafts. Replaces Juicebox, HireEZ, and recruiters for early-stage founders and hiring managers.

Install

Claude.ai (web) or Claude Desktop (macOS/Windows):

  1. Go to Settings → Connectors → "Add custom connector" → paste https://mcp.crustdata.com/mcp → click "Add" (step-by-step guide)
  2. Find Gmail in your Connectors list → click "Connect"
  3. Download and upload the .skill file below

Claude Code (CLI):

  1. Add the Crustdata MCP server and Gmail MCP server to your config
  2. Clone this repo: git clone https://github.com/crustdata/skills.git
