A note about anticheat and Windows Defender:

OverStim will NOT be falsely detected as cheat software by Blizzard. It does not hook into memory or the game code. It watches the screen (like Discord screenshare, and OBS) and uses image recognition to detect what's happening in the game.
However, because it watches your screen, Windows Defender may falsely identify OverStim as malware.
The source code is publicly viewable here on GitHub, you can verify that OverStim is not actually malware.
If you're concerned about running the provided executable, you can download and run the source code directly.
