v0.4.0 - The sweeping up the frontend

Williams just got a glow-up! This release gives the UI a spa day—out with the crusty mismatched CSS, in with shiny utility components like Button and Pill, and a color palette so fresh it might ask for your number (it mostly looks the same as before). The codebase is now so clean, you could eat your bills off it (but please don’t). Future theming is ready, and your eyeballs will thank you. Enjoy the new look, and remember: bills may not be fun, but at least they’re pretty now!

P.S.: The first extra theme implemented will definitely be a dark mode... my eyes have had enough...

P.P.S.: The only thing AI about this release is this release note itself, nothing but home-grown hand written changes in this one. If the changes suck, you can blame me, not Claude.
