Credits.Balance reads the project's credits/USD balance, postpaid
terms and the gas-operations gate without spending a paid call — the
endpoint is billing-exempt and answers at zero or negative balance.
Credits.Topup creates a billing invoice payable in USDT/USDC and returns
a hosted payment page link; empty optional redirect URLs stay off the
wire.
