service operations, transactions, sweeps, withdrawals and their webhooks. A
payout is paid, a transaction confirmed, a sweep and a withdrawal completed at
the network's finality depth; the payout wait helper defaults to 90 minutes.
Payout records gain the fields the API returns: requested and received amount,
fee info, service operations, source amount_crypto and txid. Fields the API
does not send are deprecated. Withdrawal status constants and a terminal-status
check. Payout and withdrawal error_reason values are machine codes.
