- Bumping version to v0.4.0-beta and updating README
- Changing the wording from 'Heritages', which is technically incorrect, to 'Inheritance' which better represent the concept in English
- Removing the 'single-pub' HeirConfig type instead of simply marking it obsolete. People may use it by mistake and it is incompatible with Ledger
- When creating an heir-wallet with a key-provider, the fingerprint is now always computed from the key-provider and cannot be overriden by the --fingerprint option
- Bumping the lib btc-heritage-wallet version to 0.18.0. Changing and clarifying the messages for 'service login'
- Re-ordering and improving the main help text
