Upgrade command with branch switching

New dc-overview upgrade command that properly updates ALL fleet containers:

# Upgrade everything to latest stable
sudo dc-overview upgrade

# Switch to dev (shows warning, requires confirmation)
sudo dc-overview upgrade --dev

# Switch back to stable
sudo dc-overview upgrade --stable

What it does:

  • Pulls new images for dc-overview, cryptolabs-proxy, and ipmi-monitor
  • Recreates containers preserving all config (env vars, volumes, networks)
  • Shows current vs target tag for each container
  • Dev mode requires explicit confirmation with warning about instability

Also fixed:

  • Setup now detects when ipmi-monitor is running on the wrong tag and updates it
    (previously silently skipped if container was already running)
